Ayotte Case Hinges on Procedural Question
U.S Supreme Court could make it more difficult to challenge abortion restrictions

On November 30th, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England.The question in Ayotte is whether the law violates the federal constitution because it fails to provide an exception to the notification requirement when immediate abortion is necessary to protect a pregnant minor’s health.
