A message from John F. O'Toole, Director

It is my pleasure to introduce the debut issue of Youth Law News Online. This change from print to online will allow us to deliver news, analysis, and information about issues that affect low-income children more quickly and for substantially less money. We will also be able to significantly increase our circulation, while saving some trees in the process!

While the look of Youth Law News is different, the content remains largely the same – articles and analysis by NCYL staff and others in the child advocacy field; news about NCYL's work; and what's happening with NCYL's current and former attorneys and staff.
