NCYL is pleased to welcome Hayden Lilien as the Center’s New Director of Finance.

Hayden earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in 2002 and a joint JD/MBA from Stetson University College of Law in 2005. Hayden was an associate at Wicker, Smith, O’hara, McCoy, Graham, & Ford in Orlando, Fla. before moving to the Bay Area to begin a career in finance.

Hayden has provided extensive business and administrative services to Bay Area non-profits that serve youth. Prior to joining NCYL, Hayden was Business and Human Resources Manager for the Creative Arts Charter School in San Francisco.
